Mr. Blackman has approximately 30 years experience handling civil litigation in California courts and in other states. Mr. Blackman has handled a wide range of cases including Business, Employment, Entertainment and First Amendment Litigation. These cases have required practice before state and federal courts, in arbitration, and in administrative proceedings. During this time, Mr. Blackman has also devoted substantial attention to representing and advising California employers regarding a broad spectrum of matters, including prevention of discrimination and harassment claims, and wage and hour issues.
